Scope

This privacy policy applies to the public marketing website at cuiclock.com and the public sandboxed product demo at demo.cuiclock.com. CUIClock is a focused workflow application for federal contractor Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) incident reporting; this policy governs how this public-facing presence handles visitor information.

What we collect

cuiclock.com (marketing site) is a static HTML page. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party JavaScript that profiles you. We do not set cookies. Standard web-server access logs (IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for operational and security purposes, per their own privacy policy.

demo.cuiclock.com (sandbox demo) is a client-side React application that runs entirely in your browser. It uses local component state only — no backend, no database writes, no API calls to our servers. Any data you type into the demo lives only in your browser tab and is discarded when you close it.

Contact: if you email hello@cuiclock.com, we retain that correspondence for the purpose of replying and following up. We do not add your address to any marketing list without your consent.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
  • We do not run behavioral advertising or build advertising profiles.
  • We do not store any data you enter in the public sandbox demo.
  • We do not use cookies on the marketing site.
  • We do not host customer CUI data on this public website or demo. The production CUIClock application is deployed separately on infrastructure that customers control, with their own data handling agreements.

Third-party services

The marketing site loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Tailwind CSS from a CDN. These providers may log standard HTTP request metadata as part of serving those resources. We do not embed any other third-party services on cuiclock.com.

Children

CUIClock is a B2B product for federal contractors and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised policy at this URL.
